yep bob I worked hard and fast to pull my line as I would have had a hard time getting to my sets as many locations were accessed over the winter wheat fields and you know how they would get with a little rain on all that dry chiseled dirt.Weather was a dream this last trip. Was going to give you a ring on my way thru indy couldnt remember your number.Wasnt sure if you were back home yet or not.I got some gas at the greenfield exit.

you sum b, less than 5 minutes from my house and never stopped. but I understand. I drive with in minutes of rk`s and tons of other guys, coming and going ,for the last 25 years and never stop and see anyone. anxious to get there and start trapping, then anxious to get home. hate to stop to for fear I`ll realise how wore out I realy am and collapse. rest up a few days and get caught up and then give us the skinny. on an up note, the fur market appears to have gained some life recently.

Steve that is my skunk dispatch pole that is a breakdown model.I pack in at that location. Its about a half mile walk thru an old quarry area. Lots of climbing. That is a nice calendar for sure. It isnt mine I just had the pleasure of looking at it everyday. My buddy had the darn thing right by the door. You just were forced to look at it every time you came in and left.

Bob, I just had to come back to look at those 3 cats and the calendar girl You did real well with a 3 cat day. Those days are not as common this season as in past years. We had quite bit of bare ground trapping early in the season also. Then the storms came. Still hard to get around in some areas. New snow on the ground here this morning and a series of storms due all week. Time to get the 1200 gram insulated boots out again,, darn it
