...well, maybe. Or maybe not. Put on your "What If" hat... I'm curious- lets assume that there is ACTUALLY a silver bullet in canine trapping- (as the silver bullet was used to kill the vampires, a silver bullet to canine trapping would be the definitive solution to the problem) In our case- the problem would be "Resolved: to catch more canines" _________________________________________ Still with me? So- if a new canine trapper came up to you, and asked you "I want to catch more canines- whats the "silver bullet" to my success" What short, concise reply wculd you give him? What's your "silver bullet"

Learn to see terrain and habitat the way a canine does. If that means getting down on hands and knees to look around then do it. Location. Location. Location.

I see everyone is all over that, and with the same answer I would give, location and set on sign.

Go with the flow, LOCATION. If I could find the Lone Ranger, I could show you a real "silver bullet."

Don't you have any gophers to trap Mr. Gappa?...way too much free time on your hands You and your hypothetical questions! Just remember what happens when you [glow=red,2,300] ASS[/glow] out of [glow=red,2,300] U[/glow] and [glow=red,2,300] ME[/glow]The only silver bullet I'd load with is EXPERIENCE!

Well wacky...a good "hunch" trapper is just going by assumptions.... I think 90% of trapping is based on assumptions.... Actually- my first one word "silver bullet" would be: [shadow=red,left,300]NATURAL[/shadow] PS- plenty of gophers- still waiting on my truck Grrrr.

Now now now one word! ...and my experience trumps your natural

Through experience, I know natural works... Question: "How do I make my beagle into the best rabbit hound he can be?" Oldtimer: "Feed him rabbit tracks."
