How much snow did you get in yr trapping country? Only 2 inches here and supposed to melt. Creeks and ponds have a skim of ice.... i remember yrs back having to pull traps first week of November and one time third week of Oct. .

you don't have to go that far back down here- 2014 we had 10 inches that stayed 1st week of October
and inch or two- we didn't get anything until this morning- nothing last night (we had rain/sleet but tonight might be interesting. sunday morning first the ponds had skim ice on them
