Anybody use it. I live in NW MN usually have snow for covering for our cat sea Sony but nothing yet. Is it good,can it be used straight, how cold will it wrk thru thanks Gus I its new to me

I use peat moss exclusively during wet/freeze periods.
It can, and should be used st-
my method is this- put a good handful in bottom of trap bed, and wiggle trap down into it. then spread a good covering over trap, then broadcast peat around the entire pattern. I put the absolute minimum of dirt over the peat- say less than 5% dirt over peat, just enough to keep it from blowing away.
you might get hit hard tonight- be safe!
