Excellent link, thanks much. My brother has one of those "several thousand dollar" cowboy hats. Treasures it immensely.

Thanks Gibb that was great to view and a lot of knowledge gained. I wonder what happens to all the long fur that they don't use for the cowboy hats. I can also see why genuine cowboy hats are not low cost.
