Ok; I'll let the 'cat' out of the bag. Its the state capital. Caught several coyote, fox and this cat here. I'm about a mile away from the Capital building.

The little I was running got complicated. Last Sunday I'm out with 8 dogs and Wifey is on the Bravo. 5 km. in and the Bravo, after 25 years, decides to blow. As I'm busy cranking and changing plugs, my 2 lead dogs decide to cut the cord and boot back to the truck.
Luckily, a bud happened by and towed the Bravo back. It's dead.
Then yesterday I went to the city for a bi-yearly follow up of my right eye which underwent a detached retina a few years ago. They examined the left eye and saw a tear. Immediate laser surgery and krypto therapy was the result. Now I can't lift more than 20 pounds for the next 2 weeks. The laser stuff isn't bad but the krypto isn't much fun.
No dogging for a bit.

I pulled a few more Monday, but decided yesterday to set on local creek heavy where I've been getting coon (why, not really sure LOL) - will check those today and tomorrow, then pulling everything Friday and I'm done for the year. Warm spell is about done, this weekend and at least early next week back to below zero lows, and low teens during day- time to pack it in. Have had traps in ground or water everyday since oct12th- time to regroup, and I truly think its going to be an early spring (very little frost in ground, very little snow cover lots of bare spots) and maybe can get after gophers early.
