The boy had a good time this morning, we didn't set the world on fire but did well for the amount of traps set yesterday due to talk of 3-4" of snow. Well the snow never amounted to much as the photos show, but did well for the amount of steel in the ground . The few coyotes and coons we caught where fairly decent and he had some fun. This is the first trap we set yesterday and the coons seem to be good sized and color so far this year. he likes watching hem coyotes in traps!
Set more today and have an in town coon job to set this afternoon with a few cage traps. Far colder here than normal creeks iced over and the coons are running the high banks ,we stay upland for better coons and easier for the boy to set the daggers we are having some fun so far!
