Kudos to you guys in the 100 coyote trap club. I enjoy trapping coyotes and 100 traps sounds absolutely horrible to me........but with 3 boys with the combined age of 6 I don't even know where I could steal the time needed to run/maintain 100 traps and not end up in divorce court.

Finally out late last night loading out fish for a trapper.The coyotes let loose they had a full circle around the house all with multiples in most spots.There has only been one coyote around barking all Summer long.Can't wait to work them over.

Just could not take not setting. Dry land coon and canines opened the 18th. I set 4 DPs in lite trails testing some new baits and lures and got 1 coon. Today this afternoon I went to see a friend who usually catchs 200 plus coons per year. He set lite early too and yesterday set out about 30 traps and had 13 coons this AM that are looking OK to good. So I went home and put out 16 sets this afternoon to get a "fix". When I don't go early at home I am usually north in a canoe doing rats but our seasons changed this year and it was early coons or no trapping. I made it 5-6 days!!!

have had to release a few coon- coon opens here sat plus 2 fox- one nice, one flat- but the coon, think I released 4- 1 a kit, but the other 3 decent enough- and 1 yesterday- a big, 30 lb boar I had tears in my eyes on how good he was
