I should have included this in my post on the discussion of the TS85 for coyotes. This is a video that Clint Locklear put on UTube, discussing the pros and cons of big traps vs. little traps:

After I watched this, it prompted me to ask if anyone had tried the 85s.

some things I agree with, others (esp on the coon) I do not.

I've taken enough coon in bigger traps on land, to know how they work #3s at least

but you can't, or at least I can't, debate the bigger kill area thoughts.

comparisons with BG traps are meaningless, since they are trail sets, not step into sets
