Skunk Bait?

I've been seeing some skunks hear around the place in the evenings and they need to go. Its only gonna be a matter of time before one of the critters or kids gets sprayed. In the past I've figured out the best way to catch a skunk is to take a lot of time making a cat or coyote set, guaranteed skunk the next day. So my question is, What would you guys use for bait to specificaly target skunks? The wife and kids have cats around and I dont want to fill the live traps up with them. One thought I had was maybe eggs. Any thouhgts?
