I've never been in this situation and am trying to figure out how many snares for yotes I can run in a day. I realize there are a million variables to this question, so how many snares can anyone run on here in a single day for your situation? Pretend you have the whole day and as much land as you would want.

If you are running bait stations with a dozen snares a station, the question is how many miles can you drive in a day.
When the snares are empty it's much faster!

I don't think I'll have access to that many carcasses, thus will mainly be running blind snares.

Again it's a question of distance between stops.
Remember. If a trail is good enough for one snare it is good enough for two. MINIMUM.
If it's a two track that means 4. MINIMUM.
A dozen snares doesn't go far. I count them by the 5 gallon bucket full. I can easily set two buckets in a day on trail sets while setting other stuff. Running them is just a quick glance to see that there isn't a catch or that the snare isn't knocked down.
Snow or windy conditions can slow you down because you might have to touch the equipment to reposition it.

I read or heard somewhere, that many have a set number of snare bundles per location- ie each bundle is a doz, no exceptions, and every location gets 1,2, etc number of bundles- that way, you always know how many snares at each location-

I use tie off cable on all my snares make re setting a snap and much faster than having to pull the hole works cut the snare off the coyote and slip off the tie off, new cable in hand hand on support and gone. Never move a stake until I'm all done, many being pogos they stayed in place for the following time in the same areas and trails. Even many supports left, all to do then is hang a new snare 6-9 months later. Replace parts as needed.
