Hello, I have been catching a lot of carp for coon bait. I plan on grinding it up to use in dps. Wondering if anyone has a great recipe that they would like to share. thanks

Until freeze up I just use ground carp with good results.

Last year I smoked my carp and catfish in my smoker and than ground it up and added salt,it worked awsome!...Kspanky
