Good luck Coldsteel.
I might even make another trip down to SC next year. Trap SC Jan Feb and then head west and catch some rats.

Can't say I blame you hard to beat trapping in a short sleeve shirt I need some new ground myself. I have really pounded my water line hard all my easy beaver are just about gone.

Just another game being played with an above avg market for cats!
Good for the few that get graded as such but still a shell game! No way those cats could be close to what one finds up north in those numbers.
Let us know what you get for those graded north and north central.

TC 39 I couldn't agree with you more I had more grade north central this year than I have in 10 and I know what our cat looks like.I also know I didn't have 6 damaged otters either this year very very seldom do I ever have over one or 2 .I talked to some of my buddies that shipped and we all had damaged otter the otter grade this year was tough.I will never ever figure out how they grade fur. I had 2 cats that got shot in my traps this year and had holes bigger than a silver dollar and guess what no damaged cats mostly I grade with a few I and II go figure
