2011 was another good year in the field. I"m done trapping beavers (caught 5) and shipped my fur to Canada yesterday. I caught my largest ever brown trout (12lbs), landed a few nice stripers, and arrowed several deer. Waterfowl was as challenging as I can ever remember but we gave Duke a few birds to retrieve. I still need to clean the fur shed but for now, I’m looking forward to maybe shooting some spring snow-geese, attending a couple DU dinners and breaking out the fishing rods. Hope everyone had a good season...Dave Z
