still in business, no traps avialable at this time, due to new law changes in China making trap manufactoring illegal.

just what I've heard via the grapevine-
what i do know- is you can't get them anywhere it seems, but I also hear more are on the way- how far out, that I don't know

Well at least the Chinese are not going to trap the fur they wear and that may be good for us and all the ranchers in the USA and Europe.

do you know that France trappers kill more red fox than the whole wild red fox production in Canada? And compare the size of France compared to Canada. They cannot sell their fur. I bet UK kill also a lot of red and I bet that they are also stuck with them. Maybe Germany too.....
That's good for us in North America.
Their fox are ugly anyway compared to us...LoL

I hope they return, i would like a dogless trap and its hard to find some good montgomerys that werent modified some by some doorknob with a welder.... well, good ones that people wanna part with! I shoulda ordered some before they ran out.

Just Google..... Trap Manufacturing Ban, China......you'll find at least one site that somewhat explains whats going on.

Gertz look at the dates on this stuff from June of 2011, surely there has been traps made and exported since then? Soemthing sounds fishy on this. If you look it says the same has happened in Taiwan as well and last I knew Bridger traps where flowing freely. I think Peta or someone has been doing some funny reporting?
The one report says China has banned the steel jaw trap to be better inline with US polocies. Last I checked the US didn't ban leghold traps?...........
