Has any one used them for beavers? How well did they work. I have tried just the springs for beaver and they didn't kill the beavers. I think the beavers don't get going fast enough to compress the spring. It seems they figure out they are caught and just hang out like a dog on a leash.

if thats the problem, try the triggers- they compact the spring, so any pull, uleashes full force of the spring

I'm not a beaver snaring, so don't know what % one catches by the neck (for me its a small %, I tend to body snare then drown them).
