Just got a reply email from my rep and she wasn't aware we didn't have such a recipricol law. Seems interested. Second reply to come soon hopefully.
No time like the present folks. Only takes a couple minutes!!!!

got this letter in reply to mine, from my state senator John Howe
in part.......

Here are Wisconsin's license sales numbers for non-resident trapping since it was allowed:
2006 - 5
2007 - 6
2008 - 5
2009 - 10
2010 - 10
2011 - 16 (license year continues until March 31st)
Not the hordes feared by some, eh?
