I'd say with the way the coyote market is headed, marty is a little too busy to be posting pictures.
Gonna be a good year to be in possession of some yotes.

do you have any yotes Don.
SD types should do over 50 probably closer to 75.
I fully expect the boys who shipped around here will make a good run at 50 in their pocket.

Many different types of coyotes could go as a top lot, in my opinion. Just it's limited to 12 skins of the hundreds they could chose from. Way more perfect pale coyotes in Saskatchewan than Alberta! But I am getting some beauties. Got a truck full of absolute boomers today. 11:12 now, just right to go out and skin the soft doz and leave the rest for tomorrow morning. The skinned coyote is just for a reference, it's ugly. The picts don't do justice tho. Flash wasn't working. Need to throw my camera against the cement floor and go buy a new one!

Thank you. I love good fur, even just seeing it. I hate to sell it when I get some. Is that an air wall? If it is way to go Marty! I'll bet you love that puller.

I actually got me a favorite coyote today!!! What does that mean? It means it is one that I have been looking for for a number of years... Criteria: Big, Beautiful, Male, Extra-Heavy, Extra-Pale He gets skinned tomorrow or Saturday Morning and feet left on for a rug or even a mount. I h=get lotsa beautiful coyotes, but it's rare when they are both exceptional and very large. I will try to remeber to post a pict later.
Thank you for the compliments always.

Ours look like that but darker, have coarser-thinner hair, and more brown-yellow in the belly. Ours also don't have as long of guard hairs and the underside might be a little thin in the crotch. Other than that they look the same. It is great you can get such nice coyotes. ;D

Nice looking Alberta coyotes there Marty. Any of them caught in your new lock ?
Wish some of those coyote genes would migrate over the Rockies to BC.

Really nice fur there, and a good run too.Never seen any like that except a few i got near Ft peck,MT. Only brown on those coyotes is back of the ears and the snout, all else is pretty much white too.

marty or any others- wonder why those plains coyotes keep their fur nice so long?
is it lack of burrs, or rough cover? snow?
I know you get top dollar, so I guessing the snare mark either comes out, or doesn't matter at all?

Marty, I think that is the most "uniformly colored" lot of coyotes I've ever seen. You have some variance, but not much. Is it the camera, or are they really that close in color?

Not the camera, they are very uniform. I was working a small area that day that has very good genetics... and pounded them on this run. Actually I've been pounding them on every run in this area.
I did take a pict of thebig awesome male I got the other day, just no time to post yet.

A true 40 lb western. I took him outside so there's no mistake on color. They do get nicer but he is big and he is heavy. I would have liked it if he was a little stronger haired, but he is long haired and extra heavy which is rare this year and very common last year. Also, would have liked it if he was a little more classy, but he will make a fine rug, I did leave the feet on.
