cold steel- I know you are a good ottertrapper- how did you do this year?
before we had an otter season, I'd take a few each year- since we got a season few and far between. I saw zero otter sign this year
I have to admit, otter intrigue me

Grey fox just seem to hang around that $25.00 mark. And yes the good feet market will get you a bit more.
The larger your beaver catch Is the bigger your otter catch will be. Any way that seems to be the norm In the south.

Tman believe it or not I just started running a water line for otter.I love the month of Feburary around here that is when love is in the air and the big males start moving alot.I really have no secrets as far as trapping otter other than block as many water sheds as possible and be patient.I don't really look sign I just look at water source and see where it comes from and what it feeds and then I find choke points in creeks or make my own and 330 them.I did check 12 traps today on a 3 day run and had 3 so I can't complain with that.
