beav and othres that put up a lot of coon-
how does the length of a coon hanging and measured from the nose, to the base of the tail, compare to that same coon, stretched?
I know on stuff like yotes and mink, that hanging length is a fair bit shoter, to the final stretched length. Mink esp you see that-
so was wondering on coon, does the same apply?
I skun 11 coon yesterday, and measured them all hanging by the nose- one was "small" and measured 31"-
the rest all measured betwen 35- 39.
so pretty much my small coon, was a 2xx, and the rest were all 4.
would they gain or lose or stay about the same stretched?

Some time next week I'll do a survey on that. I should have a 50 or so to compare.
