College boy took the old man out this a.m.. Not a big catch but we caught a coon. That never happens. It was a little over 30 pounds on the scale. Snow is all melted but fur isn't really moving much. I got to hold the weasel and squirrel because they don't weigh much. Is that good colour on the coon?

a little too mucch brown in the fur to be an AB or a 2 color from what I can see by reviewing my grading slips.

That's what it is. They like meat and hit the marten boxes.

it looks more grey than red- is it, or just the way the pic is?

Last year I had the following 2 4xxl selects 4-5 color one at $21 and one at 22 2 4xxl selects 2-3 color one at $46 and one at $42
I would guess your later caught northern coon to be select and easy 4xxl maybe 5xxl. Your color is better than a 4-5 but may not be a 2 so if the better coon market is say 25-60 dollars you should fall into that range somewhere. My personal opinion or best guess)

Thanks for the price info. Forty bucks would be sweet.
The squirrel is a typical red. I guess the pic makes it seem greyish.

I say 20-25 musher. Caught a nice huge pale one yesterday. As pale as you can get here. GG (your friend) the past 2 years sold a bunch in the 35-45$ at FHA. All 4xl hogs. Ask him for fun.
