How many coyotes??

You guys that have a 40hr a week job how many coyotes do you get in a normal season? How many cats? How many sets?

that depends on if married and want to be,kids,other engagements/commitments ,as the line can be longer than i run but burnout after a while on the go /running

so i run a couple mini lines on other farms till freezeup as other lines are out ,and a few short weeks keep it easy going

Bring it back up. My trapping partner and I run 100 sets from mid Oct to Dec or until snow hits hard. We both work till 5pm and check and skin till around 10pm almost every night. We ended up with 75 coyotes this year as of today. Once Dec hits we switch to cat trapping and running hounds. You guys on here pulling 100+ coyotes is this your full time job??

I caught 2 so far this year and In my opinion that's two to many. But both of them are really nice coyotes and big. The last one weighed In at just a tad under 50lbs.

That is a big one Beav I have tried to weigh some but they won't put all four feet on the scale.I did do a ADC job in VA and weighed one that was 48 lbs and to my knowledge that is the biggest I ever caught and he looked abnormal he was so big

We have alot of coyotes here. On my week vacation I caught 34. Now back to work. checking traps before and after work and runing around 10 sets I`m up to 65. I don`t like to over do it anymore. Getting older and like to go to bed at ten. I run alone, skin and stretch everything alone. If I get tired I quit.
