Thought I was doing everything right . . . Duke dogproofs S-linked to drowner locks and cabled to deep water. Setting on sign alright . . . But for some odd reason he couldn't get the dogproof down the cable! Stable water conditions for a change! Rock 'n roll baby!

Lee, seems to be a "skunk explosion" on this side of the state. How 'bout over there? The dryland trappers I know using dogproofs are catching skunks right and left.
Can't recall seeing so many dead ones on the road.
Interesting note here . . . haven't had one 'possum yet in these dogproofs on the riverbanks. Now that's strange.

Well, here's a strange one that got caught snackin' on the marshmallows! But at least he made it down the drowner cable. Drowner cable looks good. You can see where he pulled it out of the bank . . . But he didn't make it too far down the cable. Hmmm . . looks like maybe . . . mink?? Nope! Good thing, too. Mink aren't in season yet, but fox squirrels sure are!!

Not a hair trigger, a mouse trigger. had it been a hare trigger it would have held a rabbit.
