Wishing all of you the success you desire on your lines this year.
I hope the weather cooperates, and that fur prices at the very least holds, if not advance over last year.
tomorrow both seems like it would never get here, and got here in a flash...............
despite all the debate, we are all trappers, and that much at least we have in common-
so everyone- GO GET EM"!

I wish the harvest was going balls out here in Indiana. I'll be out on Saturday (opener) but only a few beans done and not much corn. Luckily I am in a fairly high sileage area so I do have some of those fields open. My goal is to catch a couple a day, enjoy the autumn and watch the world go by. I have no need to catch 'em all--even if I could.

corn around here is 75%+ done and see coyotes daily on my travels and hearing them alot at night SW of my house. To bad they are all 7.00 coyotes LOL. Rats, coons and cats is where I will focus alot of my time, but will still trap and call my share of coyotes, have too LOL.

Truck is packed for marten. The season starts at midnight and I'm going to overnight in the bush. Hoping that 3 days of marten setting gets us done. Then it's beaver and fox/wolves.
Being optimistic in nature, the goal is to be fairly well set by this time next week.
Have a great, safe season everyone.
