How many of you have signed up for depredation work? Just curious on wether or not it is worth doing. I enjoy trapping probably more then i should and would love the oppurtunity to help landowners with problem critters.

I have, and wouldnt do it again. All the calls I get off that deal is townies with skunks that get a little pissed when I wont do it for free..... Just put a call into the GW and let him know that you willl help with damage complaints for $.

I'm with you 17. Not many calls other than in town. And they don't want to pay. I will on occassion work one some out of town, and if I can get some new permission from it, I don't charge them. If I already trap their ground, its free. Its good pr between me and the landowner. Prolly why I have been on most of my ground for 30 odd yrs.
