dog with diarhea

I've got a dog with runny stools. All else is fine. No blood, dogs seems normal except for the liquid squirts every couple of hours.

What do you give a dog to block it up?

Hi,

I normally pull them off food for 24 hrs and treat with pepto bismal. Hope this helps,
