heres what I saw in my hounds-
a cold nose dog would work and work, finally open up a few times-
the rest of the pack would hark in, and by their tails, actions, nose snuffling- you could tell they WANTED to pick up that track as well- but they could not-
now rockcreekcurs- Im use to debating and arguing things with my friends with hounds about threoys, etc- so don't get mad- take this as sitting over a fire-
a popular saying was any dog can run a hot track-
