Hey Y'all,
Dove hunted Saturday and Today. Here are some pics
Saturday: Was real good, overcast, cold, light rain, birds were out all over. Managed 13 before I headed home for football.
Today: Cold, Clear Skies, Birds didnt move much and when they did they moved very late in the morning. Didnt shoot the 1st one till 8am or so(gets light at 7:15am. Got the rest in the last half hour I had until I had to leave to get ready to head back to college.
My German Shorthair Pointer Retrieving a downed dove. This dog is one of a kind. She points quail, can find downed dove that I cant, trees squirrels, and will bring back ducks until the water is to cold for her.
