10F below this morning but I hate deep snow! No snow here either. But it never warmed up past -25 C.

No doors or bags. the dogs chew them off!
Just back from a 20 k run. It's 25 below with a north breeze. Hard on the nose. Four wolves swung by. It's the first wolf sign I've seen at that spot since November. They're safe from me this year. Breeding time is almost here so I hope they get their moose!

We remember the misses more than the good shots.

I've been through twice. Not fun. I'm really nervous on ice now!
I went through a bog this fall. The floating stuff. It's the same feeling as going through the ice except when you look up you see branches as opposed to snow. I'm not going back on that stuff again.

Interesting to see how people are dressed. No colours and no fur.
Let's hope they get into them!

Thanks. I only found an ad for MB 750's. I have some of the CDR's wolf/lion on the way right now. A CRU member had a few he could part with.

I've read where the TS85 is definitely not a wolf trap. Not even a disposable one.

Swift fox. I din't even know that they were existing in trapable numbers. I thought that they were an endangered species in Alberta.
Glad that I got a little education!
They are pretty fox.
To the left of the screen, there seems to be a rock with a green bow on it in the second last photo. What is that?

Somebody's weather co-operated for the opener of the season. Good amount of work done there. I dunno ... he only has 13 'rats! Impressive haul in a short time period. I hope they sell well.

Considering that all dogs cost the same to feed and keep, shouldn't you go for the jacks? You say that they are expensive. That means that they are in demand. That means that you'll sell the pups easily.

He didn't want to kill the bears. Too cute.
His hare snaring stuff was different, too. He baits them.
