I realize that many here trap only one specie hard. However others trap several species at the same time over their line. I'm curious as to how those that do go about it.
I set my canid traps/snares first. Then when they are all set I'll set for the other stuff while running the canid traps. My main reason for doing so is to avoid scenting up my stuff.
What's your plan?

on land, I do it about the same as you. I'll set up my canine trpas first, then set up my coon line. I do it that way cause I don't like going back in forth when putting out al ne.
On water, I prefer to put out all my mink sets first, then coon- but if its ideal coon weather, I'll put them all out at the same time. If its a real cold spell, I'll wait a bit.

I always try to get my dirt sets working, then fill in with coon, beaver, mink and rat sets. After 2 or 3 days on the line, I know what time I'll have to spare, then set the rest. Just my opinion, it's foolish for me to drive across a creek, if I know I can take a couple coons, maybe a mink, lots of times checking from the truck, darn traps won't catch squat, if they're in the shed, back home.

This will be the first year for me as well of running a big dual line, I will set canine for a week along with upland coon, then as soon as water opens I will set a line for coon mostly on drowners so I can check later in the day. I ought to be a tired little boy, been thinking about renting a motel for a night or 2 after I get done just to relax.
