How do you load a snare cable. I know you put a bend in it but how and how much bend? mike

You can load a snare by rolling the wire over a round doll of wood, go with the memory of the cable and it will make it close faster, you only have to do as much as the biggest loop you will make. I don;t bother as I use 5/64 wire and cam locks with choke springs and bads, that size cable and added extra wieght of componates makes them fast enough for me, some situations I don't like a loaded snare, like fence crawl unders and for beaver. Loading is no more than just adding memeory to the cable. good luck

Can't say it in english but just (frotter) on a screwdriver or round rod works well. Do it where it is red ..3-4 times and check. Remember, do it from the inside of the loop ;D Stef
