At the risk of appearing like an idiot:
IF a ranch fox (domestic silver/pastel or whatever) eats raw meat (complete muskrats) will it produce the same urine as a wild fox?
In other words, is a fox a fox or can the wildness be so bred out that a wild fox would know the difference?
If the answer is "yes" then why can't meat fed dog urine be used a wolf/coyote lure?

After thirty or so years of road hunting coon every time a male hound goes past where a fox, coyote or other dog has lifted its leg, it will lift its leg and remark the territory.

musher, yes, if fed the same ranch or wild would make no difference, both are the same genetic stock. meat fed dog pee for coyotes? you bet it would work.
