Wow! Thank you all for the votes!!! First, I would like brag a little about this picture. ;DThis cat was caught at a trash pile set using pikauba in a dirt hole. My daughter, Kelsey picked the location, dug the hole, raked up the trash from the bean feild, bedded the trap, siftted the dirt, pounded the stakes and lured the hole. She did it all except set the trap. A bridger #3 four coiled is just a bit much for a 9 year old girl! The day after she set the trap we had a light snow and had cat tracks in the snow on the front jaw of the trap! She was so bummed. A week later on a Saturday morning I went to check some other traps that were farther away from the house that Kelsey didn't like to go that far away to check. On my way back to the house to get her, I stopped on the road so that I could see the trap. I could see that there was something moving in the trap. I was pretty sure it was a cat. I hurried home to get Kelsey. I got her out of bed but didnt tell her about the trap. On the way to check it, I ask her if she tought there was anything in it and she says, "no we missed it last week and it won't be back". I said, "I bet we catch a cat today". She still insisted that there was not a chance. So I said,"I'll bet you if we don't catch a cat today you can stay up late". So she agreed. When we got to the trap she didn't know whether to be happy or sad. I'm so mean! I couldn't keep from laughing and had to spill the beans about seeing the trap from the road and then it was all joy because I told her she was such a good trapper the she could stay up late! ;D ;D ;D If she gets to watch the Traps4Kids video, she will see the hat, Dan insisted that I wear it during filming today. I did the segment on gaining permission. I did not wear the hat when actually knocking on the farmers door ;D ;D But did wear it for the rest of the filming. I really think you should have a Coyote hat Steve.

Good choices...I thought that they were all good pictures and they all are a testamony to Steph's lures...I've personally never tried Steph's lures but after hearing you all rave about them, I plan on giving them a try this season...I'm sure Steve will have some at the PTA...
Have any of the PA boys tried them on Fox???

Maineman, ;D ;D ;D Cachottier,XLDC, Indespensible,Extreme#1, Pikaubua, Extreme#2 accounted for all of my fox this season in combination or alone. If you only get one, get Cachottier, but I would recomend all of them as the different combinations are fun to mess with. Indespensible is great early season, and then I switch to Extreme#1, I use both in combination with Cachottier. XLDC is the balls late season too.

The #1 photo is a great one. I really enjoyed the fact that a budding trapper made the set!
The cats are pretty BUT the 'yotes are the difficult thing to catch!

Thanks DJ, the Cachottier sounds like it's getting a pretty good rep...I plan on talking with Steve in June.... You've also got my interest with the PROCOON...Is that Steph's as well?

Yes, Procoon is another jewel of Stefs. The guy just knows what he is doing, attention to detail, and again FRESH and CLEAN, are the two most descriptive terms I can think of to describe his product. They ALL work, I am 100% Forget lures for next season.
