Sorry if I got this in the wrong fourm. The feller I work for found a spot on his fence row , a huge hole dug out overnight the hole is big enough for a man to crawl down into. There are some big tracks around but too wealthered for me to tell exactly what they are. Also I found alot of very large claw marks where they dug down on the bank. It had moved enough dirt where it looked like some one had moved a couple loader buckets full of dirt around. And there is several small holes dug up an down the fence line from the main spot. Any idea what it might be? I was thinking badger but its awful big for that. I got traps set should now in the morning.

Badgers can move a lot of dirt in a hurry. If it is a badger, I hope you have DEEP stakes.

RR, if you want, send it to me and I will post it for you. It is real easy to do if you use a host site like photobucket. Badgers prime up so late, I often wonder why the season closes on them early in so many places.
