Yes I went in not being able to defend my non-infringement argument because of a missed deadline by previous counsel. I was hoping for a mistrial or where we could get an appeal because then we could get in all the evidence against them including hacking into my different accounts and their direct attempts to destroy my character and business.

Yes, me going after him for infringement. His patent was invalidated, or some claims was, we go back the 21st for the rest. And I was not infringing on his patent.

Well, they have done just about anything they can to destroy my business and reputation. By hacking into my different accounts From my e-mail, my website, and now in the last few days since the trial started, my FB account. She has made false accusations at for what she said happened at Kansas. At least she should make sure I am still at the show before she makes those accusations. According to the police this happened almost 2 hrs after I left the grounds. Witnesses testified that it did not happen. And she cannot provide any corroborating evidence. From what they say I guess I must be a falling down drunk. Like the point the attorney made in court. That Zieg and his son travel all year going to these shows picking up other peoples ideas and gets patents on them. The Z-cap was a prime example. at the FTA in Mena, Ark. in 2009 the guy that was set up across from Scott Phillips was selling the caps now sold by Monty Arnold. Ziegmann was introduced to Monty in 2013 in front of several witnesses and was told that it was prior art and that it was considered fraud to try and get a patent on it. You can check his advertisements as to when he stopped advertising the patent pending. But then about a year later I found out that he was still pursuing the patent. My attorney and I contacted all of those witnesses and filed a submission form to the Patent Office. We are going to the same with the patent on the cage trap that they are trying to get on the trap the guy in Colorado designed.

I am amazed at how much of a man's personal business he chooses to air on the internet, then complains when some of the people disagree with him. Carlis your business is none of my business. If you have a legit beef, handle your beef with the others. But frankly.....you come off a drama queen. Handle your business like a man and quit whining all over every forum about it...sheesh.

Every day I could get on these forums and complain that I didn't get enough hugs today, someone wronged me today, someone ripped me off today, my world wasn't perfect today.

Fact is, every day I walk around a corner and see a lot of other people with worse problems than mine.
If everyone throws all their problems in a pile. I will take mine back.

k9 I have been repeatedly attacked over and over by these people. THEY have others do their dirty work. They have hacked my e-mails accounts, tried to hack into my website and just this past week during the trial somebody hacked my FB account. If I have something to say to somebody at least I have the nerve to do it myself and not stab someone in the back or try to get an innocent person involved as has been done in the past. Just your post for instance, you could have said that to me in a pm, but no you chose to do it on the internet. So whats the difference? none. I am just trying to save others from having to go thru what I have had to go thru.
