do you have a lot of deer in your area Musher?
my son in law says he is coming home for deer hunting this year, if he does I might go again after a few years off- we have this absolutely insane 4 points on a side rule for bucks- this in the area next to the big kill area a few years ago for CWD- that bullshite about controlling the herd for big bucks is false science!

Not really. A heavy winter or a hunting season would put a serious dent in them. They are talking about having a season in a couple of years. Until then they are wolf food and car denters.

Monday is seems is always a holiday in Canada! It's Thanksgiving. All the family is coming up. We'll be aged from 1 month to 92 years old. There will be eating, dozing, hunting, Scrabble, stepping over toys and dogs. I'm guessing that a few movies will be watched as well. The first brews were cracked last night and first grouse shot this morning! I saw a huge bear and about 20 snow geese but didn't get a shot. It's raining and the wood stove has a few pair of feet leaned up on it right now. My wife is coming back from town with poutine for lunch. Good times.
