Schaff angus Valley Angus had their annual bull and cow sale offering 500 bulls and their best was a bull that sold for 725;000 dollars for 2/3 rds interest! That is a pile of cash for one bull. They are out of St Anthony ,ND what a sale!

With beef at an all time high. The beef herd at about a 60 year low and bred beef cows being sold for up to $2500 to $3,000 each then a bull that goes into stud and sells 50-10K of semen per year for say 7-10 years at say even $15.00 a shot grosses one H of a lot of money. Plus it can be a write-off for taxes if you are very wealthy.

Yep same with sheep Marty defenseless and just hang out but lamb chops are the best thing on earth! A well marveled ribeye ranks a real close second though. Either way you slice it they had 500 bulls and 200 cows for auction and this guy walked away with a pile of cash on Valentin's day! 725,000 for one critter, hope they have good insurance
