Are they good eating? Is there any difference in taste between a feral and domestic pig?

They are leaner than a domestic pig. Better eating in my opinion with no hormones are antibiotics.
Wild hogs are a big part of our diet down here along with fish, birds, venison etc....

Snared,I could catch a lot more hogs if I snared the larger holes or trails, but I would end up catching too many deer. I shoot a lot of hogs as well by stalking into the wind. Their hearing and sense of smell are very good.
