That was a nice things about Sioux Falls a city of 130,000 and plenty of food choices in the middle of no where or so some think I used to go to Minerva's 2-3 times a year and always excellent food their scallops and steaks are top notch. The only better steak is Tea Steak House. tea steaks are the best I have ever had anywhere bar none and I have eaten steak in a lot of places in my life. I recommend the porterhouse steak but get there early when they are out of porterhouse cuts they are gone for the night. teasteakhouse.webs.comwww.movoto.com/blog/opinions/sioux-falls-restaurants/

TC, that's happening all over now as trained chefs take the skills they learned from other areas and start up new places in the hinterlands. It also has to do with the people who've moved in and want better dining options than what was available. I'm all for it, especially when they buy wild caught seafood. There are even multiple sushi places in Sioux Falls, along with Jamaican, Thai, vegetarian, and so on.

BTW, the uni (sea urchin roe) that is served in Sioux Falls was most likely plucked from the sea floor by one of my diver buddies out here. Uni is great stuff, very nutritious, rich with protein, fiber, and Vitamin C, it's also a good source of vitamins A & E, iodine and calcium. Another wonder food of the oceans.
