Hey guys,
I am getting into calling again after a short stint many years ago. I shoot left handed and need some suggestions for a rifle. I will be hunting cover as well as some open fields. My main target will be yotes. I am located in Mississippi and since the law for night calling has been relaxed, I am exited about predator calling. I will be looking for a quality scope as well as a led mounted scope light and caller. So far, I have looked at the lefty Stag AR and some offerings from Savage. Thanks for any advice.
Best regards,
Mark
Will be walking to stands often so prefer a light rifle.

I don't know much about rifles suited for a left hand shooter. The Encore type is one option, I guess? Be prepared to spend enough on glass, I wouldn't settle for less than a mid quality Leupold, a Elite, or maybe a Nikon?
I wonder if an LED light might be too bright? Maybe with a red filter, but I don't use them, so don't know? I don't think they focus tight enough, but don't know for sure?
It would be far better to go out with a partner who will handle the light while you concentrate on shooting.
Good luck, LB
