Good morning !!! As we celebrate Christmas we need to remember the real meaning of the day. …..The wonder and joy of the most significant event to take place in the history of mankind……The birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ………. The world has never been the same….our sins are forgiven…..we know the power of prayer….we feel the grace of our heavenly Father…..all that we have to do is to believe !!!
Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her first born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. 8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over there flock by night. 9 And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for behold, I bring you tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will towards men.
Merry Christmas !!! Be Joyous, Be Safe, and Believe !!!!! Zonenine

say musher and nof50- what day do you Canucks celibrate Christmas? If i missed it- Merry Christmas! When you come from a multi-cultural society, you have hard choices. Dec the 19 was St. Nicholas day, 24 Dec eve is Holy Mass, and church service, then to the Christmas tree lot for a special tree to be put up and stays up till Milanka is over on the 14 January for the Ukraine in my wifes side. Ukranian Christmas is on the 6 Jan. Don't forget out Boxing day 26 Dec for the Brit in us.

He had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. Had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. Merry Christmas!
