Thanks guys. I forgot to add, I caught these coyotes in MO while deer hunting with a friend of mine. The rancher appreciated it and think it will help in maintaining hunting permission. I headed home and my friend continued to check the sets we took a total of 8 coyotes in 10 days.

I did shoot a doe the last day I was there and donated it to a family in need that lived in town because the temps were in the high 60's. A four point rule was in effect in the county I was hunting in. I saw one nice shooter buck opening day but at 250 yards running from the neighbors and elected to wait for a more ethical opportunity which never presented itself in the five days I hunted. I make this trip every year to visit my friend and his family and do some hunting. This was the first year we set traps. I enjoyed setting traps in "foreign" territory. Hate to say it but those Missouri coyotes seemed "easier" then the New York ones.

I live and work on Long Island. Rest of family lives in Broome county. I own a piece of ground in Otsego county. Aspire to move north again.
