Well my little trapping buddy "Bridger" found a play mate yesterday that didn't play fair. My little boy said that even with a face full of quills, he never gave up and was trying to get more. He had to get in and pull him off. 2 hours at the vet and knocking him out to get all of them.

OHH, that poor pup. Have had that problem befor with some of my dogs. Some learn their lesson, some dont, and keep going after those prickly things.

Yep, I freeze brand all of my dogs. I also work as a cougar agent and run hounds besides my trapping. This little guy runs right with them. I even have a little special made tracking collar for him. Bridger (all 17 pounds of him) treed a 130 pound tom lion last year by himself. A freeze brand adds a little deterant from people stealing dogs around here.
