We have a local ADC Company that is advising homeowners that the company will file the removal with the home owmners insurance.
My policy does not include the removal of animals.
Has anyone ever heard of this type of insurance before?

I suspect they must be including the cost of the removal with the clean up work, lumping it all together.

The scam used her is when there is a break-in to a summer cottage. the ADC company say there is a " risk" of hanti-virous from , mouse invasions, and a full contimation clean up is necessary. They are really working on the fear factor of the owners, to push those cost forward. Sanitazing runs into the 1000's of dollars.........pushing up the rates and wording of new contracts that lawyers really have a hayday over. Hanti has not been isolated for the past 5 years locally her... so go figure. Moneys in mouse trapping... and wearing full CSI suits when you show up on calls.

I agree and I suspect that the removal is included in the repair and cleanup. That is why I stopped removal in town. I could not compete with a company who could survive and not receive immediate payment from the house owner. Especially when this company files for the homeowner. Well I am glad this is working for them.
