. I am not a green horn I have raised a critter or two. Been around plenty of silvers. I know how to build stout cages and all about collection systems. I was on a deer farm last yr that had a lighting system to get the does in heat in sept for faster collection of esturs urine. They had one heck of a collection system almost the whole barn floor. I looked in to doin deer pee, but like you talk about its easier to buy watered down junk than quality pee. I could get a few serious hunters interested but no dealers. You talk about feed issues , like I stated I got all the feed I need as of now I dont want to be the walmart of pee I just want a few head to make a little change. I got the space might as well use it. The issue of pee is kinda like talking to a turtle trapper they will tell you everytime no $$ in is it too much work. Guess I will have to give it a run and see for myself how much work and how much $$ I will loose. Thanks for the help you did give out.

Mare in heat urine is a pretty good sideline for a few guys here. The moose hunters purchase it as an attractant and cover scent.
It works on moose and it works on wolves, too.
The catheter method on a mare is not unheard of.
