on bridgers the square lams are good on the inside of the jaws to ,makes a good looking wide jaw.

A pipe threading machine is a good tool..
A spindle of any size diameter can be fabricated to match any size trap jaw radius..
Standard structural pipe sizes available covers just about all trap jaw radius's on the market..
Rollers are cool, but a press is the mack-daddy..
Cut the material to length & mash it into shape.. 20 at a time..
