Yep, That's a good looking coyote!
Steve; What's that going on in your signature pic? Could you blow that up one time, when you get a chance?
My eyes are going awful, I'm down to a little less than one. I think it's a big blue bucket of fur, but it looks like a midget standing next to a can of smoked oysters on my screen.

I vote for the coyote that was whatshisnames first in PA, the one that was in the muddy funny dirt and a double with a red on a mountainside it looks like. I still think that is the MOST pretty standard grey color yotey I have seen, something about all that black tipping. I love a black tipped brushwolf! I have a mounted one to go to a nature center in Brooklyn NY,has black tipping. I have to get that yote packed up and sent this week.
So whats next? purdiest coons or foxes? Purdiest mink? Possums? LOL
I sure hope to get me my 1st yote this season,it will be a long shot though and nothing but dumb luck if I do. I have a higher chance of an incidental otter LOL. Will also be pure dumb luck if I get a bobcat permit.

Thank you Steve, Lori, and Jess! Also those who posted here. I just found out that I won this TODAY, on the Wis. convention post. I have been on and off line as this is my busy season and go straight to bed/work for weeks at a time. Thanks to Yottey ( made my cables and gave me " on line field training") and Beav (lots of "cable" advice) this is my first coyote EVER! Gotta be honest, I didn't think I had a chance with all the "yote pix" on here. I had MANY favorites that I thought were better than mine. What makes this yote even more special, is that it is being stuffed for a lifesize mount in a museum ( LAX, Wis.). Thanks again Steve! I can't wait to pick up my hat next weekend ! -Dan ;D ;D ;D

That is a very nice picture and a good looking Yote, I like those ones with the dark stripes on thier legs. Really cool that your having it mounted and that its going to a museum. Congrats on your 1st Yote and may there be plenty more.....B.....

Now THAT is a "pretty" picture! Makes ya just want to sew 'em all together, make a soft comforter, and take a nap. Or just lay down in the back bed. Glad you enlarged that Steve. Makes a HUGE difference! Thanks Brian, 1587. -Dan
