I pulled out of there, one more storm and I'd have had to snowmobile back in there. It's about 15 miles from where I'd have to park the truck and I don't like getting that far from my second source of transportation. It's about 25 miles to the nearest ranch and 40 or so to a small town.
I left my camp at 4 this morning when I felt the wind shift from SW to straight West I figured I'd better get it on or get snowed in. I tried to outrun the storm, but it caught me on top of a pass where I was plowing snow with the bumper in terrible drifts. Pretty hairy for a while.
I'll get back in a couple of days when they get the roads plowed out.

You started yet?
I'm going to pull out in a couple of days completely and come home for a while, I'm tired, need to rest up and eat some good food off of a clean plate for a change!!
This past week was hard on me.
