Wondering who have sold some coons in the last 5 days or so and price paid? I heard from a buyer that things in Russia isn't good and either with china, he stated he has been told from over seas it will be a very limited market and many smalls and mediums off colored will have almost zero value. Even orders for bigger coons with good colors aren;t filling up at all.
So what have you guys seen in the last 5 days or so?

Havent sold any tc but IMHO the overall fur market is looking a little dicey.
Stopped at on of the largest furbuyers in the state last week and the prices they were quoting me were not good.
Cant sell any here, sounds like our local guys isnt even going to open the doors.

I sold some 2 days ago needed gas money and had to pay some bills. I think I did ok. $10.75 ave when I throw the two damaged ones out. This was on 1X and 2X first week green coon. Top end of $18 .Most buyers are paying 6-8 around here.

River rat how many did you sell?
The buyer I talked to said he had X amount to buy fur with and would need to be spread around on all species, when he hits his limit and the market has no clear direction he is done buying for the year he can only speculate so much!
I also heard groney canceled buying fur in ND this year does anyone else now of this?

Until May? That is a long time to sit on a pile of coons in this market? He has a big set much bigger than mine, I wouldn't be willing to gamble that big! Better off at the roulette tables or black jack and you at least have some odds before you play LOL!

he markets a lot of his fur through nafa and that is what they are telling him he might have to wait until may to see his coon move that was another part of my descison to sell more coon green than putup and ship i'll make a little less this way but as the old saying goes a bird in hand is better than two in the bush
