I have been saving anal glands from coon to make lure outa of. Am I wasting my time or is a gland lure worth a darn. I am thinking of using it latter on in the dead of winter closer to the coon rut.

Some years I do say that I do not believe that he gets a good batch this year being one of those, just did not seem the same. I agree it may not work for you, be honest procoon has never worked for me, but others it works great for.

I have to say I have had good luck on boars delight. Most stops on my river line I set 3 pocket sets 1 having boars delight and all I catch in the set with boars delight are boars and usually good sized ones. It works well for me!
